Job Description

Snap Strategies, Inc. is looking for an AT&T Representative to be the go-to sales expert in our Camp Hill and Harrisburg retail stores. You'll be right on the sales floor, helping customers find the perfect phones and data plans to fit their lives. Whether the AT&T Representative's demoing the latest tech, explaining plan details, or handling upgrades, their goal is to turn clients into happy, loyal customers. As an AT&T Representative, you treat data plans like shoes, because one size definitely doesn't fit all. The AT&T Representative's sales process is built on fitting room logic: they look at how a customer actually uses their phone and offer a plan that won't pinch their budget. You close sales by comparing usage history against plan limits, then handle the account setup and follow-up yourself. Responsibilities of the AT&T Representative Help customers explore AT&T smartphones and data plans through personalized sales conversations that match their streaming, work, and family mobile needs. Guide customers through AT&T device features, promotional pricing, and plan benefits while delivering a smooth, customer‑focused retail sales experience. Support wireless activations, upgrades, and account adjustments to ensure customers receive accurate and efficient service. Identify sales opportunities by uncovering customer habits and recommending AT&T wireless solutions that enhance everyday mobile use. Maintain strong customer satisfaction by resolving questions clearly and ensuring every interaction reflects high retail service standards. Partner with store leadership to support inventory awareness, promotional displays, and AT&T's overall sales performance. Qualifications of the AT&T Representative High school diploma or GED preferred. Experience in customer support or sales is a plus. Great listener who can pick up on customer needs and recommend the right service. Enjoys working with a team and contributing to a supportive, upbeat store atmosphere. Open to coaching and learning in a sales‑driven setting where teamwork goes hand‑in‑hand.
Pay:
$48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
