We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional craftsmanship and personalized design solutions that exceed our clients' expectations. Job Description We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves working closely with our in-house designers to sell high-quality home remodeling projects. The ideal candidate will have a passion for home design and a proven track record in sales, particularly in the home improvement or remodeling industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
Meet potential clients to understand their remodeling needs and preferences for basements, bathrooms, and kitchens.
Sales Presentations:
Collaborate with our designers to present creative and practical remodeling solutions that meet client expectations.
Follow-Up:
Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales process to address questions, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
Proposal Development:
Prepare detailed and accurate project proposals, including cost estimates and timelines.
Close Sales:
Negotiate contracts and close deals, achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Market Analysis:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to effectively position our services.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the home remodeling or construction industry.
Skills:
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge:
Familiarity with home remodeling processes, materials, and industry standards.
Tech Savvy:
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Motivation:
Self-starter with a results-driven attitude and the ability to work independently.
Customer Focus:
Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and building long-term relationships.
