Job Overview We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients via outbound calls, providing exceptional customer support, and promoting our marketing services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude to drive sales growth and foster lasting client relationships. Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our advertising solutions and gather client needs. Provide professional customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining service offerings, and resolving issues efficiently. Maintain accurate records of client interactions through data entry in CRM or other relevant systems. Follow up with leads regularly to nurture relationships and convert prospects into active clients. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while engaging with diverse audiences in multiple languages as needed. Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for increasing sales opportunities. Support client onboarding processes by providing detailed information about our services and assisting with documentation. Requirements Proven experience in sales, call center roles, or customer support environments. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on professional phone etiquette. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills. Experience in data entry, analysis skills, and managing outbound calling campaigns. Knowledge of customer service principles, client relationship management, and cash handling is advantageous. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team setting.
