Job Description
Job Overview BGM CustomWear is where we "Make it your Thing!" Specializing in screen-printing, embroidery, engraving, and custom designs. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, managing accounts, and driving sales growth within your designated territory. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for technology sales, with the ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for upselling. Duties Generate new leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and market research. Manage assigned territory effectively to maximize sales opportunities and build strong customer relationships. Conduct thorough account management to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth. Upsell products and services to existing customers, enhancing their experience while increasing revenue. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits of our products. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system. Qualifications Proven experience in lead generation and territory management Strong skills in upselling and account management. A background in technology sales is a plus. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess market conditions effectively. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
