The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for selling products while providing excellent customer service. Sales Representatives perform an important role in the overall customer experience by helping with sales and customer inquiries. Position is responsible for consistent and profitable growth in sales and maintaining new accounts. B2B experience is required. Individual must be able to demonstrate excellent selling, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment. This position requires daily travel up to 250 miles and will require overnight stays. The vehicle will be provided by the company as well as the fuel, maintenance, and lodging expenses.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
INCOMING CALLS:
- Take customer's orders in a polite and timely manner
- Answer all customer questions
- Sell products to customers
OUTBOUND CALLS
- Call current customers to acquire their orders and sell products
- Locate and call potential customers to sell products
PROCESS CUSTOMER ORDERS
- Verify information from customer is accurate
- Check orders for accuracy and typographical errors
- Complete all necessary paperwork
- Special order parts needed from manufacturers
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop new business and create a pipeline of potential contacts for buying automotive exhaust parts and other products
- Manage and grow customer base to achieve monthly sales goals
- Be prompt to workstation at scheduled time
- Responsible for cleanliness at workstation (Vehicle)
- Adhere to Henschel and Sons Automotive Warehouse, Inc. policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION:
High School diploma or GED required. Associate degree or higher preferred.
LICENSURE / CERTIFICATION
A valid Driver's License required.
EXPERIENCE
- Must be 21 years of age.
- 2 - 3 years of proven sales experience preferably in the industrial marketplace
