Compensation & Benefits Pay:
$50,000 - $80,000+ per year Up to a $1,000 Sign-On Bonus based on experience Competitive compensation with uncapped earning potential Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid vacation and holidays Employee discounts Paid training and professional development Career advancement opportunities within CarShop and Penske Automotive Group Supportive team environment focused on growth and success What You'll Do As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you'll serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers find the right vehicle to fit their needs while delivering an exceptional buying experience.
Responsibilities include:
Assist customers in identifying and selecting the vehicle that best meets their transportation needs Guide customers through the sales process from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery Respond promptly to phone, internet, and showroom inquiries Greet and assist customers in the dealership and on the lot Build rapport with customers and establish long-term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals Follow the CarShop sales process while embodying our values of integrity, teamwork, and customer care Address customer questions and concerns throughout the purchasing process Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate future sales opportunities Achieve individual sales and customer service goals Collaborate with team members to create a positive and welcoming dealership environment Continuously develop product knowledge, sales skills, and industry expertise What We're Looking For Strong interpersonal and communication skills Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality Passion for achieving goals and delivering exceptional customer service Ability to build rapport and establish lasting customer relationships Organized, self-motivated, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficient with computers, email, text messaging, and technology platforms Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and growth mindset Previous retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales experience preferred Commitment to integrity, professionalism, and teamwork Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record Ability to pass pre-employment screening, including background and drug testing Ready to Accelerate Your Career?
