Manage merchandising displays to ensure attractive presentation and optimal product placement. Handle heavy lifting when restocking or setting up displays, demonstrating physical endurance and safety awareness. Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and route schedules for organizational efficiency. Apply knowledge of pricing strategies to offer competitive quotes while meeting company profit goals. Utilize strong communication skills to educate customers about product features and benefits. Demonstrate proficiency in commercial driving, ensuring safe and efficient route navigation across designated territories. Skills Strong understanding of pricing structures and the ability to communicate value effectively. Experience in commercial driving with a valid driver's license; familiarity with route planning is essential. Excellent math skills for calculating prices, discounts, and profit margins accurately. Proven ability in upselling techniques to increase sales volume per customer interaction. Exceptional customer service skills that foster trust and long-term relationships. Effective communication skills for clear, persuasive conversations with diverse audiences. Organizational skills to manage routes efficiently, keep track of inventory, and meet deadlines. Physical capability for heavy lifting involved in merchandising tasks or stock handling. Background or experience in military service is a plus, demonstrating discipline and teamwork orientation.
