Job Description

Job Summary:
Founded in 2005, Aquabiliti is a water-based medical device manufacturing company committed to delivering the highest levels for safety, purity, reliability, and quality of products. Aquabiliti's York, PA location, completely remodeled in 2022, includes state of the art cleanroom, laboratory, and manufacturing facilities and equipment enabling innovative expansion of product offerings. Under the guidance of the Director of Sales the Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business by identifying needs, presenting solutions, and managing the sales process from prospecting through closing. This role focuses on meeting lead generation targets and effectively communicating product value to drive revenue growth. This role requires strong communication skills, a results driven mindset, and ability too understand the needs of the customer. This position includes a base salary and commission.
Essential Responsibilities/Functions:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily: Present, promote, and sell products or services to meet customer needs and company objectives Achieve or exceed sales target and performance metrics Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field Previous, demonstrated experience in a sales, marketing or business development environment 2+ years' experience in life sciences or pharmaceutical manufacturing preferred Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM systems preferred Experience working with ERP systems preferred
Skills and Abilities:
Strong ability to generate new leads through outbound outreach, networking, and events Ability to qualify prospects by understanding needs, applications, and fit Clear and professional communication with both technical and non-technical contacts Ability to build trust and develop early-stage customer relationships Comfortable supporting and managing smaller or existing customer accounts Experience representing the company at trade shows and engaging new prospects Proficient in CRM systems with consistent activity tracking and follow-up Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple leads and priorities Ability to quickly learn and communicate technical product offerings Self-motivated with a strong focus on activity, pipeline growth, and results Ability to negotiate with effective closing skills
Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Working knowledge of lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline development strategies Ability to identify customer needs and qualify opportunities effectively Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences Knowledge of or exposure to life sciences or pharmaceutical manufacturing environments preferred Ability to build and maintain early stage and developing customer relationships Understanding of trade show engagement and post event follow up practices Proficiency with CRM systems and maintain accurate activity records Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Ability to learn technical products and communicate value clearly Self-motivated with a consistent, results driven approach to sales activity Familiarity with companies' industry, products, and target market
Pay:
$43,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
