Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in B2B sales, management, and business development. The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for expanding our client base, managing territory accounts, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. The position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in sales, marketing, and technology solutions to build long-term customer relationships and contribute to the company's success. This position will require travel during the day within your designated territory. Duties Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets within assigned territory. Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and industry events. Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, upselling products, and ensuring client satisfaction. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs. Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer information, and analyze sales data. Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while maintaining profitable margins. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific campaigns and promotional strategies. Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback for analysis and reporting purposes. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies relevant to the product portfolio. Manage territory efficiently by planning visits, scheduling meetings, and ensuring consistent coverage. Experience Proven experience in outside sales or business development within B2B environments preferred. Strong background in management, account management, or territory management preferred. Familiarity with CRM software preferred. Demonstrated success in lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales strategies. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to upsell and close deals effectively. Knowledge of marketing techniques related to technology or product demos is a plus. Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Ability to analyze sales data for strategic decision-making and territory optimization. Experience in retail sales or inside sales is advantageous but not required.
