The Sales Representative serves as the front line of the member experience, responsible for introducing prospective members to the iRock culture, guiding them through the membership journey, and ensuring they clearly understand the value, community, and results iRock delivers. This role is instrumental in the club's success by consistently executing proven sales processes, building strong relationships, and properly staging each new member for long-term engagement, accountability, and success within the iRock Fitness environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Lead Conversion Responsible for converting prospects into engaged iRock Fitness members through consistent, professional sales execution. Conduct membership presentations and close sales Follow up with prospects and schedule class visits and membership presentations Perform outbound and inbound outreach via calls, text, and email Monitor and manage all lead communication tools and platforms Member Onboarding & Experience Ensure every new member is properly introduced, welcomed, and staged for long-term success within the iRock Fitness program. Onboard new members into iRock Fitness Book members into appropriate services and programs Service members with onboarding and introductory iRock workouts Maintain accurate class rosters to support smooth member flow Communication & Systems Management Maintain clear, timely, and professional communication while ensuring all member-facing systems are accurate and up to date. Monitor and manage member messaging platforms Maintain ongoing member communication via calls, text, and email Ensure accuracy and consistency across all member and lead communication tools Member Support Client billing, changes, re-delegation (coach changes) Client Follow ups (post session / regular check-ins)
