Responsibilities Engage with customers through outbound calling. Conduct detailed needs assessments to recommend the best appliance solutions that meet customer requirements. Utilize software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and update sales pipelines efficiently. Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery options with customers to close sales effectively while maintaining profitability. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop outreach strategies that increase product awareness and drive sales growth. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues professionally, and ensuring overall satisfaction. Develop business relationships with B2B clients, including retailers and contractors, to expand market reach and foster long-term partnerships. Skills Proven experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a focus on appliances or related products. Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in English. Skilled in telemarketing, outbound calling, and warm calling techniques to generate leads and close deals. Knowledge of technical sales processes and ability to explain product features clearly to diverse audiences. Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive approach to business development.
