Your mission is simple:

Find clients and caregivers, close them, and help them sign the required documents. The Role As a Field Sales Representative , you will spend the majority of your time in the field—connecting directly with families, referral sources, and community partners. You will play a key role in expanding our client base by identifying needs, building trust, and guiding families through the process of joining our home care services. Key Responsibilities Proactively identify and connect with individuals and families who need home care services Build trust, handle objections, and close new client service agreements Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets Grow client census and increase service hours within your territory Represent Bunny Home Care professionally at community events, networking opportunities, and outreach activities Attend community events, networking opportunities, and outreach activities Analyze territory data to identify high-potential prospects Create and execute weekly field sales and outreach plans Collaborate with the Sales Manager on strategies to improve performance Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and results Conduct quarterly check-in calls with active clients to evaluate satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement Guide the onboarding journey for new caregivers and clients to ensure a seamless and welcoming transition into the agency Oversee documentation and ensure all new hires complete the required onboarding modules and regulatory paperwork Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, results, and personnel compliance files Qualifications 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within the home care industry Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to build trust quickly with clients and families Highly organized with strong time management skills Professional appearance and a compassionate, service-oriented mindset Ability to work independently in a field-based role Flexibility with working hours when needed Valid driver's license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle Willingness to travel within and across assigned territories
