We are committed to providing quality products, competitive pricing, and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to help expand our customer base, strengthen existing relationships, and drive revenue growth. Position Summary The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and promoting Liberty Truck Tires' products and services. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a passion for sales. Key Responsibilities Prospect and develop new business relationships with trucking companies, owner-operators, fleet managers, repair facilities, and transportation-related businesses. Maintain and expand existing customer accounts through regular communication and exceptional service. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate tire products and solutions. Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and product recommendations. Follow up on leads, inquiries, and sales opportunities in a timely manner. Coordinate with internal staff to ensure accurate order processing and customer satisfaction. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities. Represent the company professionally at customer locations, industry events, and networking opportunities. Consistently meet or exceed established sales goals and performance objectives. Qualifications Previous sales experience required; experience in the trucking, transportation, automotive, or tire industry is strongly preferred. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently. Proficiency with email, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Russian is a plus, but not required.
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
$40,000 per year
