Responsibilities :

Make outbound calls to existing customers to drive sales and engagement of health and wellness products. Handle inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries. Utilize text, and social media for sales campaigns. Process orders via phone, email, and website. Follow up on referrals and leads. Manage and grow client relationships.

Requirements:

1+ years of inside or retail sales, customer service or related experience. Passion for health and wellness is a must! Strong communication skills and excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM experience preferred. Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
