Join Our Growing Hyundai Team in Hanover! Jack Giambalvo Family of Dealerships is now hiring an experienced Automotive Sales Consultant for our Giambalvo Hyundai of Hanover location! This is an exciting time to join our team as we are currently building a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility in the Hanover area. Our leadership team is hands-on, supportive, and committed to helping employees succeed through one-on-one coaching, ongoing training, and career development opportunities. What You'll Do Assist customers in finding the right vehicle to fit their needs, lifestyle, and budget Build strong relationships with customers through exceptional communication and service Demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles, including test drives and vehicle presentations Guide customers through the entire sales process from initial contact through vehicle delivery Ensure customers understand vehicle features, technology, warranty coverage, and paperwork at delivery Maintain consistent follow-up with customers to encourage repeat and referral business Utilize the dealership's CRM system to manage leads, prospects, and customer communication Stay informed on new inventory, product updates, features, incentives, and automotive technology Attend sales meetings and training sessions Work collaboratively with management and team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals What We're Looking For Previous sales and/or customer service experience required Automotive sales experience preferred, but motivated candidates with strong people skills are encouraged to apply Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Strong work ethic and self-motivation Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment High school diploma or equivalent required Valid PA driver's license with a good driving record Ability to pass background and drug screenings Why Join Jack Giambalvo Hyundai of Hanover?
