The Opportunity Connect with potential and existing customers via phone and email — real conversations, real relationships Turn outreach into actual business — learn the full sales cycle from first hello to closed deal Re-engage past customers and help grow accounts you inherit from day one Keep the CRM clean and up-to-date in HubSpot — future you will thank present you Learn the product catalog inside and out so you can talk shop with confidence Occasionally travel to trade shows and customer visits as you grow into the role

What We're Looking For 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field Strong communication skills—you're comfortable talking with people and building rapport Willingness to learn and take feedback Organized and able to manage multiple tasks Self-motivated with a positive attitude Basic computer skills; experience with CRM tools (like HubSpot) is a plus, but not required
