Job Description:
As Sales and Marketing Trainee, you will be the face of our clients' brands, engaging directly with our client & marketing team in the office as well as the sales team & customers. The primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service and drive sales through effective face-to-face marketing campaigns; then move into more managerial aspects as we grow. Responsibilities:
Engage with customers, promoting and creating accounts, assist existing customers. Create a positive customer experience by answering questions and providing product information. Develop a deep understanding of products, staying updated on their features. Collaborate with the team to meet targets and drive overall team success. Self-motivated with a focus on achieving sales goals. Participate in training to enhance sales and management skills.
Requirements:
Must be legally authorized to work and drive in the United States. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with customers. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn and adapt to new marketing techniques and industry trends. At least 1 year of experience working in similar fields
