Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement:
Greet and assist customers, assess their needs, and build lasting relationships.
Product Expertise:
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle models, features, and industry trends; conduct test drives and explain vehicle capabilities.
Sales & Negotiation:
Guide customers through financing and purchase options, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
Lead Generation & Follow-Up:
Follow up with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.
Administrative Duties:
Complete paperwork accurately and attend sales meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications:
Sales and customer service experience A passion for the automotive industry and a drive to excel in a management role. Strong leadership potential and the ability to inspire and motivate others.
