Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Luxury Automobile Sales Person to join our prestigious dealership team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences and guiding clients through the process of purchasing high-end vehicles. Your enthusiasm for luxury automobiles, combined with your outstanding communication skills and sales expertise, will drive revenue growth and foster long-term client relationships. This position is a 40 hours a week - we believe strongly in work life balance Duties Engage with prospective clients through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and B2B outreach, to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline. Conduct personalized vehicle presentations, highlighting features and benefits tailored to each customer's preferences. Negotiate deals effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that maximize dealership profitability while satisfying customer needs. Manage customer relationships using CRM software to track interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress efficiently. Upsell additional services, accessories, and extended warranties to enhance the customer experience and increase revenue. Maintain detailed inventory management records and assist with inventory control to ensure availability of high-demand models. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract high-end clientele and promote dealership events or promotions. Qualifications Proven experience in automobile sales, particularly in luxury or high-end markets, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent negotiation skills paired with outstanding communication and public speaking abilities. Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to connect with a diverse client base. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in CRM software for managing sales pipelines and customer data. Knowledge of retail math, inventory management, retail sales techniques, and automotive industry standards. Experience in outbound sales, cold calling, B2B sales, and upselling strategies within a dealership environment is preferred. Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette and effective communication skills.
