Job Description

With over 30 years of experience fabricating and installing premium natural stone, quartz, and porcelain countertops, we're looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to join our Mechanicsburg showroom. Position Details Location:
Mechanicsburg, PA Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM Occasional evening hours and Saturdays are required for networking events, home shows, showroom events, and other business needs. If you work a Saturday, you will receive an additional weekday off to maintain a healthy work-life balance. What You'll Do Welcome customers into the showroom and guide them through the countertop selection process. Educate customers on natural stone, quartz, porcelain, and other countertop materials. Prepare estimates and follow up on customer inquiries. Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries promptly. Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, builders, contractors, designers, and industry partners. Develop your own book of business through proactive outreach, including cold calls, relationship building, referrals, and networking. Represent Down East Granite at company-approved networking events, community organizations, trade shows, and other business development opportunities. Conduct regular outreach to prospective customers, builders, remodelers, and industry professionals to generate new business. Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming showroom. Collaborate with our scheduling, estimating, production, and installation teams to provide an exceptional customer experience. Continue expanding your product knowledge and stay current on industry trends. Sales & Compensation This position begins by managing company-provided house accounts while learning our products, systems, and customer experience. As you become established, you will be expected to actively build and maintain your own customer base through networking, community involvement, prospecting, referrals, and business development.

Pay:
$40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
