Job Description

The qualified applicant will manage the end-to-end quote-to-order cycle, translating customer inquiries into confirmed sales orders, managing pricing, checking stock availability and ensuring accurate CRM/ERP entry. This involves generating quotes, converting approved quotes to orders, and to coordinate with shipping, acting as the primary link between customer needs and company operations. MUST be able to multi-task.
Key Responsibilities and Workflow Quoting and Pricing:
Creating formal quotes for customer inquiries, ensuring accurate pricing and leadtime.
Order Entry:
Accurately enter sales orders, including customer details, products, quantities, confirmed ship date and pricing into software.
Customer Communication:
Acknowledging purchase orders (POs) and notifying customers of shipment details.
Order Tracking & Troubleshooting:
Monitoring orders from submission to shipment, including tracking deliveries, managing returns, and handling shortages.
System Management:
Using an ERP system and multiple web programs simultaneously to perform daily tasks.
Inventory Management:
Checking stock availability and reporting shortages to prevent shipment delays. Answer incoming phone calls and make outgoing calls Manage an up-to-date Outlook email inboxes Assist outside sales with prices, stock, and other sales related information Key Skills for the Role Attention to

Technical Proficiency:
CRM software, Excel, and managing multiple windows
Communication and Customer Service:
Ability to resolve issues professionally Use of correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation to communicate professional, friendly, and direct emails Ability to multi-task, organize, and maintain professional composure Proficient in Microsoft Office Qualified applicants must be able to pass a background check.
