Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to grow our commercial customer base for septic, grease trap, sewer, and drain services. This is a true outside sales role focused on building relationships, generating new business, and growing recurring commercial accounts throughout the territory. The ideal candidate is comfortable prospecting, networking, and building relationships with restaurants, property managers, municipalities, industrial facilities, and other commercial businesses. Responsibilities Prospect and develop new commercial business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits Build relationships with restaurants, property managers, hotels, schools, municipalities, and other commercial accounts Meet with prospective customers to discuss service needs and provide solutions Prepare pricing quotes and service proposals Maintain and grow existing commercial relationships Track sales activity, follow-ups, and account information Coordinate with office and operations teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service scheduling Attend networking events and industry functions as needed Travel throughout the service area daily to meet with prospects and customers Qualifications Minimum 2 years of outside sales or B2B sales experience preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field Ability to prospect and generate new business consistently Organized with strong follow-up and time management skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Preferred Experience Experience selling to restaurants, property management companies, or commercial businesses Service industry sales experience Familiarity with septic, grease trap, sewer, drain, or environmental services Experience selling recurring service contracts We are an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace.
