Job Description

Motor Truck Equipment Company is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Coordinator to support our Truck Sales Department. This role is responsible for coordinating administrative and operational aspects of heavy- and medium-duty truck sales, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency throughout the sales process. Key responsibilities include managing inventory records, preparing sales and title documentation, coordinating vehicle deliveries, processing warranty and registration paperwork, maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations, and supporting customer financing and dealership operations. The Sales Coordinator works closely with sales representatives, accounting, service departments, finance partners, and customers to ensure smooth transaction processing and timely delivery of units. Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced dealership environment Experience coordinating sales documentation, title processing, registration paperwork, and compliance requirements High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, reporting, and transaction processing Knowledge of vehicle sales operations, inventory management, and customer account support Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across departments and with customers Ability to maintain confidential records and ensure compliance with dealership, state, and federal regulations Proficient in Microsoft Office and dealership management systems Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid Notary license or willingness to obtain required certification and training Dependable, professional, and committed to delivering excellent customer service and operational support
