What You'll Be Doing Residential/Commercial Plumbing Service & Installation Perform residential/commercial plumbing diagnostics, service, repair, and installation work including: Water heater repair and installation (tank & tankless) Boiler repair and replacement Sewer camera inspections and diagnostics Drain cleaning and stoppage troubleshooting Main sewer line repairs and replacements Leak detection and plumbing repairs Repipes and water distribution work Sump pumps and fixture installations Emergency plumbing service calls Residential and light commercial service work Mentor junior technicians and helpers You'll be expected to diagnose plumbing issues accurately, recommend safe and code-compliant solutions, and deliver high-quality workmanship with professionalism. Customer Communication & Solution-Based Recommendations Build trust with homeowners through clear communication Educate customers on plumbing system conditions and available options Present repair vs. replacement solutions professionally and ethically Identify opportunities for long-term plumbing improvements Deliver a high-end customer experience from start to finish Career Growth & Leadership Development This role is ideal for a plumber who wants more than just hourly work.
