Uplift Advisory Group is growing in the Pittsburgh area and hiring an Entry Level Sales Representative to support a telecommunications campaign. This is a full-time, in-person position where you'll work directly with customers, introduce wireless and internet services, and help people find options that fit their everyday needs. You don't need previous sales experience to get started. We're looking for people with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. If you're comfortable talking with people and enjoy staying active throughout the day, you'll have the opportunity to build experience in sales, customer service, and account management. In This Role, You'll Meet with customers in assigned neighborhoods throughout the Pittsburgh area Introduce wireless and internet services, current promotions, and account options Help customers compare plans, pricing, and available features Assist with enrollments, account setup, activations, and service upgrades Answer questions and provide support throughout the customer experience Keep customer information organized and up to date Work toward daily sales goals while delivering a positive customer experience We're Looking For Someone Who Enjoys talking with people and building relationships Is dependable, motivated, and eager to learn Likes working toward goals in a fast-paced environment Communicates clearly and professionally Wants to gain experience in sales, customer service, customer engagement, or business Experience in retail, hospitality, food service, customer service, athletics, warehouse, or other customer-facing roles is a plus, but it's not required.
