Sales Professional (Home Services)

Position Overview This is an in-home sales role with a primary focus on deck and bathroom remodeling projects, while also offering opportunities to sell other home improvement services as needed. You will meet with qualified homeowners who have requested estimates, evaluate their needs, present solutions, and close high-value projects. We are specifically looking for candidates with a successful track record in home services sales, such as remodeling, roofing, windows, siding, kitchens, bathrooms, or outdoor living projects. Required ExperienceMust Have Home Services Sales Experience Qualified candidates should have prior sales experience in one or more of the following industries: Bathroom remodeling Deck construction and outdoor living Roofing Windows and doors Siding Kitchen remodeling Basement finishing HVAC Plumbing Residential construction or remodeling Applicants without home improvement or home services sales experience will not be considered. Responsibilities Conduct in-home consultations with qualified homeowners Measure and scope deck and bathroom remodeling projects Build rapport and establish trust quickly Present professional proposals and financing options Follow up and close sales Maintain CRM updates and pipeline management Coordinate smooth handoffs to the production team Ideal Candidate 3+ years of successful in-home home services sales experience Proven ability to close projects valued at $10,000 to $75,000+ Strong consultative selling and objection-handling skills Highly motivated and commission-driven Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Compensation Competitive commission structure Qualified leads provided by the company No cold calling required Flexible schedule with significant growth potential Why Join Mendr? Pay:

$65,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
