OVERALL DESCRIPTION
In a temporary status, assists the Financial Operations Department with programs related to the Key Portal, including the Partner and Corporate Programs and Key Advantage. Maintains accuarte records for these programs and performs routine updates. Responsible for the processing and management of customer fare adjustments and refunds. Provides management with administrative reports which track the effiency of sales operations and provide basis for management decisions.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Acts as coordinator on the registration and ordering process of the Partner Program working directly with outside developers. Supports the Senior Sales Development Specialists with approving Key Portal applications Disseminates information on the programs, troubleshoots registration issues and schedules information sessions for the admins of the sales programs. Coordinates all over the counter sales for the Partner Pass Program with outside agencies and the 1234 Sales Office, creates invoices and updates the spreadsheets for General Accounting. Sends agency information on creating a portal account to place their future orders. Assists Senior Sales Development Specialists in researching Key card issues for the Portal Programs. Provides card usage report for student cards and disposable cards. Troubleshoots issues with registering cards for large companies in the Corporate or Key Advantage Programs. Maintains the internal account lists for the Portal Programs for accuracy and updates them monthly with amy charges. Assists in sending out any communication or surveys via email to the portal account admins. Interfaces with contractor employees and SEPTA departments, such as SEPTA Key Call Center, SEPTA Revenue Services, Accounting, and Customer Service to support the development of the Key Program and issuance of fare adjustments, refunds, and adminstrative reports. Creates and distributes routine and ad-hoc adminstrative reports. Ensures all PCI standards are met or exceeded, and confidential information is secured. Provides sales and refund data to Financial Operations Department staff and other departments, as necessary. Creates and distributes packing slips and reports releated to monthly internal fare product allotments. Distributes internal allotments and approved fare instruments. Orders and tracks inventory. Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree with three (3) years previous sales, administartion, and customer service experience required. An equivalent combination of experience and education (i.e. two (2) years of related experience equating to (1) year of formal post high school education) may be considered in lieu of the above requirements. Experience with SEPTA fare products required. Experience with the collections of data and preparation of financial reports required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required Valid driver's license required.
IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Knowledge of SEPTA Key fare instruments preferred. Knowledge of 132f Federal Tax Code preferred. Must have an accurate understanding of finacial matters and the abiity to develop and maintain professional relationships with fellow employees, supervision, executive management, and internal and external stakeholders. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs preferred. General knowledge of the financial and credit card industry preferred.
