Job Description
Overview David Tours & Travel is a trusted regional provider of group travel planning, motorcoach tour sales, charter bus sales, and retail vacation planning . We proudly serve schools, universities, athletic programs, senior, church and community groups, and individual travelers throughout Mid-Atlantic States . We are looking for an experienced Travel Agent or Group Tour Planner who can sell cruises and vacation packages or plan group motorcoach tours and maintain strong client relationships. If you enjoy helping groups travel safely and customers plan unforgettable trips, this is the perfect opportunity. Duties Sell group travel, group tours, school trips, cruises, and vacation packages Follow up with schools, universities, and athletic organizations Group travel planning Maintain strong, ongoing client relationships Provide friendly and professional travel planning assistance Track quotes, leads, and sales activity using internal systems Qualifications 3+ years of experience in charter bus sales, group travel sales, motorcoach tour sales or as a retail travel agent Knowledge of group travel, motorcoach tour sales, charter bus sales, arranging school trips, or retail travel sales Strong communication and customer service skills Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting Must be able to work on-site at our Philadelphia office Please submit your resume and a short cover letter explaining any experience you have in group travel planning, tour sales, charter bus sales or as a travel agent.
