Job Duties:

• Assist customers with their selections while demonstrating new and used vehicles
• Determine the needs of the customer by listening and asking questions
• Perform product presentation with customer and demonstrate features of suitable automobiles
• Effectively present offers to customers and effectively complete daily follow up
• Product delivery - Ensure the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty and paperwork

Kenny Ross Organization Qualifications:

• Must have at least three years driving experience and pass pre-employment background check and drug testing
• Professional personal appearance
• Great communication skills
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn
• Some computer skills
• Minimum of a High School Diploma
• One year sales experience (car dealership preferred, but not required)
