In this role, you will be the face of our store, delivering exceptional customer service while actively engaging with shoppers to understand their needs and recommend the best products. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to ensure a positive shopping experience Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to help customers make informed purchasing decisions Assist with merchandising and stocking shelves to maintain an attractive and organized store layout Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for accurate cash handling, transactions, and receipts Upsell complementary products and services to maximize sales opportunities Maintain excellent phone etiquette when communicating with customers over the phone or via online inquiries Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and assisting with inventory counts Apply basic math skills for cash handling, pricing, and sales calculations Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively engage with diverse customer needs Supervise or assist in supervising team members when required, fostering a collaborative environment Ensure compliance with store policies, including safety procedures and customer service standards Experience Prior retail sales experience is preferred; experience in grocery stores or similar environments is a plus Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base effectively Demonstrated proficiency in POS systems, cashiering, and basic retail math Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently Supervising experience is advantageous for leadership opportunities within the team Knowledge of merchandising, stocking, and product demos enhances your effectiveness in this role Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for engaging customers professionally Join us as a Sales Consultant and become part of a lively team dedicated to delivering outstanding service while achieving sales goals!
