In this role, you will be the vital link between our sales department and clients, driving growth through strategic management of customer accounts, lead generation, and territory expansion. Responsibilities Manage and develop assigned territories by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client relationships through proactive outreach and account management. Conduct outside sales activities including cold calling, product demonstrations, and face-to-face meetings to generate leads and close sales. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track customer interactions, manage pipelines, and analyze sales data for strategic planning. Lead negotiations with clients to secure deals that meet both their needs and company objectives while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Coordinate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns that support lead generation efforts and increase brand awareness in designated territories. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly, offering technical product demos, upselling solutions, and ensuring ongoing client success. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth and improve overall sales strategies. Requirements Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management with a strong track record of achieving targets. Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales pipelines. Strong business development skills including lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales techniques. Ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and develop tailored solutions for clients. Experience in managing multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining high levels of customer service.
