As a growing team representing leading internet brands, we are currently seeking a Wireless Customer Representative to support our expanding business campaign. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in sales, customer engagement, and business development while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. As a Wireless Customer Representative, you will work directly with local business owners and decision-makers to introduce wireless and internet solutions, discuss available service options, and help businesses identify solutions that support their connectivity and operational needs. Key Responsibilities of a Wireless Customer Representative Conduct sales outreach with business owners and decision-makers within assigned territories Present wireless services, business connectivity solutions, client offerings, and available promotions Build professional relationships with prospective business customers through direct interaction and ongoing communication Understand business needs and recommend wireless and internet solutions that align with operational goals Guide business customers through the enrollment and account setup process while maintaining accurate records of sales activity Manage follow-up communication and support throughout the customer acquisition process Collaborate with fellow team members to improve outreach strategies and contribute to overall sales performance Participate in ongoing sales and product training to stay informed on internet services, industry trends, and campaign updates What We Look For in a Wireless Customer Representative Previous experience in sales, customer service, marketing, business development, or customer-facing roles is beneficial but not required Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable working directly with business owners and professionals in face-to-face interactions Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn Goal-oriented mindset with an interest in sales, internet, and business development Reliable transportation and ability to work within assigned local territories
