The Opportunity:
As an Business Development Associate, you'll play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving company growth. This position offers an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in sales, customer relations, and the home services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and lead generation: Identify and reach out to potential customers, such as homeowners, property managers, and contractors, to generate new business opportunities.
Customer relationship management:
Maintain positive relationships with existing customers, respond to inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
Market research and analysis:
Gather information on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to inform business development strategies.
Proposal and contract negotiation:
Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contract terms, and secure new business.
Coordination with internal teams:
Work closely with sales, operations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Reporting and performance tracking:
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, pipeline, and key performance metrics to measure and improve business development efforts.
Continuous learning and development:
Stay up-to-date with industry developments, product knowledge, and sales techniques to enhance professional skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (recent graduates welcome!)
