Job Description
Cash and Carry Electrical Supply is a second-generation family owned and operated electrical wholesale distributor with over 30 years of experience in the industry. Located in Quarryville PA, Cash and Carry has been serving the needs of electrical contractors in south-central Pennsylvania since 1986. By providing customers with the answers, resources, and materials they need, we aim to help contractors spend more time in the field. Cash and Carry has built a reputation for having not only knowledgeable staff and hard to find parts but also a family friendly environment where all are welcome. Join our growing team of 15 employees today. CCESI is seeking a motivated and dynamic person to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in customer support, effectively communicating with customers and outside salesmen in person, over the phone, or by email to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail for data entry tasks, and the ability to coordinate complex tasks to meet deadlines. Responsibilities Coordinating with the outside sales team to create quotes for customers, schedule deliveries, and invoice customers. Engage with clients and outside salesmen to provide exceptional customer support and address inquiries regarding products and services. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, primarily order entry and quoting, ensuring all client information is up-to-date. Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for product improvement and sales growth. Collaborate with the outside sales team to streamline processes and enhance overall client satisfaction. Maintain a thorough understanding of product offerings to effectively communicate benefits to clients. Qualifications Ability to handle the demands of a sales support role. Proven experience in client services or customer support roles is preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively. Proficiency in data entry with a keen eye for detail. Ability to analyze information critically and make informed decisions based on data insights.
