Job Description
Base Lab Tools builds precision equipment for scientists and engineers — our gear ends up everywhere from NASA labs to university research benches. We're a small, tight crew looking for one sharp, organized person to keep our order and accounting work running smoothly. This is a hands-on role with a little of everything: sales orders, invoicing, bills, shipping paperwork, inventory, and answering the phone. No two days look the same. If you like numbers, take pride in getting the details right, and want to own your corner of a growing company, you'll fit right in. What you'll do Enter sales orders and keep the books moving in SOS Inventory (we'll train you) Handle invoicing, vendor bills, and shipping documents Track inventory and create kanban cards Answer phones and keep the office running What we're looking for Comfortable with spreadsheets and numbers — and you notice when something's off You've worked in an accounting or inventory system before (SOS, QuickBooks, or similar) Reliable, detail-oriented, and you take responsibility for your work The details Part-time, Monday-Friday, 11 AM-5 PM (the 11 AM start is firm — please apply only if those hours work for you) $16/hour, on-site in Stroudsburg, PA Sound like you?
