Requirements:

Must have 1 year Sales Experience Must be able to pass a drug screening and valid driver's license Strong interpersonal and communication skills, in person, over the phone, in text and email Persistent, competitive, and good work ethic Outgoing, positive and friendly personality Be able to work Saturdays Responsibilities Greet and guide Customers through the buying process, ensuring their satisfaction with their vehicle. Assist Customers to find a vehicle that meets their needs Enhance the sales process by demonstrating the vehicle's features and benefits Act as the liaison between the customer and management to negotiate the terms acceptable to both parties Assist Management in ensuring all vehicles are merchandised properly and are ready for sale
