Learn more about us on our website: & About the Role We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator for modular homes to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong customer service mindset, excellent communication skills, and a desire to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

As a Sales Coordinator, you'll serve as a key point of contact for inbound inquiries, provide product guidance, support the sales team, and help convert leads into satisfied customers. You will play an integral role in driving sales growth and ensuring a positive customer experience from first contact through order placement.

This position reports directly to the Director of Sales and Marketing and is based at our Waynesboro, PA facility. Duties and Responsibilities:
Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and website, providing timely and professional responses. Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions for prefabricated structures and modular homes. Assist in generating quotes, preparing proposals, and following up on leads and opportunities. Collaborate with the operations and engineering teams to provide accurate technical information. Maintain CRM records with up-to-date client communication and opportunity tracking. Educate customers on product features, customization options, pricing, and lead times. Support the outside sales team in managing accounts and preparing documentation. Help coordinate revisions and updates to customer orders based on feedback. Contribute to a positive, solution-oriented team culture focused on growth and customer satisfaction. Other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will have:
3 - 5 years of inside sales, customer service, or sales support experience—ideally in construction, manufacturing, or a related industry. Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to explain products clearly. Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and general comfort with technology. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Team player with a collaborative spirit and a passion for delivering great customer service. Knowledge of construction or prefabricated structures is a plus. Preferred Skills (Not Required but a Plus): Experience in the modular or prefab construction industry. Familiarity with drafting software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp). Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings. Understanding of the building permitting or construction process.
Pay:
$24.00 - $26.00 per hour
