What You'll Do Present new vehicles to customers in an attractive and highly informative fashion to promote a prompt sale Maintain an ongoing relationship with customers to encourage networking and repeat business Conduct vehicle test drives and maintain accurate sales documentation Know and understand the federal, state, and local laws that govern retail auto sales Maintain Ford certification as a Commercial Sales Specialist, take all required courses, and become proactive in your own training Why You'll Love it
