The Opportunity We are looking for a proven outside sales hunter who knows how to create opportunities, build pipelines, and win new business. You will spend the majority of your time in the field, opening doors, visiting job sites, and converting prospects into long-term customers. If you need a desk, inbound leads, or heavy management direction to stay productive, this role will not be a fit. What Success Looks Like High performers in this role: Consistently prospect and develop new customers. Make daily outbound sales calls and job site visits. Confidently demonstrate equipment and explain applications in the field. Use rentals as a sales tool to open doors and close deals. Develop deep, working knowledge of equipment capabilities and jobsite needs. Build long-term relationships while aggressively growing territory share. Take full ownership of results, pipeline, and follow-through. Who We Want This role is designed for sales professionals who: Have a track record of winning new business. Thrive without micromanagement. Are competitive, disciplined, and self-motivated. Prefer being in front of customers instead of behind a desk. Wants to build a career, not bounce between jobs. Have outside sales experience (equipment, construction, rental, or related industries preferred). Training is provided. Drive, effort, and accountability are not. Sales professionals who are willing to work outside the 9-5 when our customers have available time. Someone who will engage with the community in their sales territory. Territory & Compensation Field-based role focused on Philadelphia & Delaware Counties, PA. Competitive base salary + commission. Matching 401(k), health, dental, vision, life insurance.
