Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the vital link between our company and our valued clients, driving sales growth while delivering exceptional customer service. Duties Engage with prospective and existing clients via phone, email, and online platforms to promote products and services. Handle daily phone calls, voicemails, messages, emails and chats. All communication between the company and the customer. Assist the customer with placing orders. Create purchase orders for inventory and supplies Manage customer accounts by providing timely support, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining positive relationships. Collaborate with our marketing departement to execute campaigns that attract new customers and retain current ones. Support project management tasks by coordinating sales initiatives, tracking progress, and ensuring timely follow-up. Analyze sales performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in customer engagement strategies. Answer customer phone calls and our online chat program Skills Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively. Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer service roles within financial services or SaaS industries. Excellent project management skills to handle multiple accounts and deadlines effectively. Analytical skills for interpreting sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions. Knowledge of marketing principles to support outreach campaigns and brand positioning efforts. Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive engagement.
