We partner with business owners to protect their organizations, streamline operations, and scale with confidence. Our internal team handles 100% of service fulfillment — you focus on building relationships and closing deals. The Opportunity We are seeking established, self-directed B2B sales professionals, independent agencies, and fractional consultants to expand our client base across Texas. This role is purpose-built for professionals who already carry an active book of B2B clients and want to layer a high-margin revenue stream onto their existing portfolio.

You control your schedule, prospecting methods, and daily volume No micromanagement — success is measured strictly by closed contracts We provide all marketing collateral and handle 100% of client delivery Uncapped commission potential with recurring monthly residuals What You Will Do Leverage your existing network and B2B prospecting strategies to identify business owners who need HR infrastructure support Present VeltrixHR consulting services using our provided marketing collateral and pricing sheets Qualify prospects and submit leads via the VeltrixHR Lead Submission Form Facilitate introductions between prospects and our internal executive team Secure qualified client interest and hand off to VeltrixHR for contract execution and onboarding Submit monthly itemized invoices for cleared commission earnings Compensation This is a 100% commission-based role with uncapped earning potential. Commissions are project-based and paid upon clearance of client funds. Requirements Proven track record in B2B sales — ideal backgrounds include commercial insurance, payroll services, staffing, or business consulting Must operate as an independent business entity (LLC, Sole Proprietorship, or registered DBA) Must supply your own sales tools, phone, computer, and reliable transportation Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with CEOs and senior business executives No prior HR industry experience required — we provide all product knowledge and collateral

$1.00 - $100,000.00 per year
