We're a small, local, family-owned real estate investment company that specializes in wholesaling and flipping houses. We love our community and love creating more opportunities within our community for potential homeowners and investors. What We're Looking for: Sales experience (required) Someone reliable, coachable, eager to learn, motivated by performance-based incentives. Someone comfortable building relationships with potential buyers and sellers. Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred) Why us? We supply the leads, CRM, calling software, training, etc. You close the deal! One-on-one training and support Base pay + commission= uncapped earning potential Commission increases with successful deals. The more successful deals, the more you get paid!

Qualifying leads Managing leads through the sales pipeline on the CRM Building relationships Setting and attending appointments to evaluate properties Creating and submitting wholesale offers (NO

Pay:
