In this role, you will assist prospective students through the enrollment process and help them begin their journey into healthcare careers. This position combines customer service, coordination, and sales , with opportunities to earn bonuses based on enrollment performance. Duties Respond to student inquiries via phone, text, email, and social media Follow up with prospective students and maintain communication Guide applicants through the enrollment process Explain program details, pricing, and requirements Schedule and manage enrollment appointments Track leads and maintain accurate records Support enrollment goals and team targets Attend career fairs and other events to generate leads Bonus Opportunity Up to $800 per cohort (based on enrollments) Qualifications Strong communication and organizational skills Sales, customer service, or admissions experience preferred Detail-oriented and able to multitask Self-motivated and goal-oriented Basic computer and phone skills Benefits Flexible schedule Performance-based bonuses Growth opportunities Supportive team environment Schedule Monday to Friday 20 hours per week Weekends optional Flexible schedule Location Eastpointe, MI (Hybrid) How to Apply Email your resume to:
