Job Description

Make an Impact While Growing Your Career North American Lineman Training Center (NALTC) is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Admissions Sales Representative to help prospective students take the first step toward a rewarding career in the electrical line trade. This role blends inside sales with community outreach. You will guide interested individuals through the enrollment process while building partnerships that generate future student referrals. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys meaningful conversations, structured goals, and making a difference in people's lives. This position will require onsite availability during the initial training period and transition to hybrid after training is completed. What You'll Do Student Engagement & Lead Conversion Contact prospective students via phone, email, and text Learn about their goals and explain how our programs can help Follow up consistently to move candidates through the admissions process Maintain accurate records in our CRM system (Salesforce) Work closely with the admissions team to ensure a smooth experience Meet established lead conversion goals Outreach & Relationship Building Build relationships with high schools, workforce centers, and military transition offices Represent NALTC at career fairs and community events Schedule and provide campus tours for prospective students and families Help maintain strong referral pipelines What We're Looking For 1-3 years of sales, customer service, call center, or related experience Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone Comfortable managing multiple leads and follow-ups Organized and self-motivated Experience with CRM software, specifically Salesforce, is a plus Interest in vocational or trade education is helpful but not required Why Join Us?
