Job Description

Definitions . Except as otherwise indicated the following term shall have the following meaning in all parts of this agreement. "AEIS" AE| Inside Sales is an employee of company, which sole purpose is to generate interest by merchant to execute a Merchant or Digital Agreement. "AE|Outside Sales" a salaried sales employee of company, which sole purpose is to generate interest by merchant to execute a Merchant or Digital Agreement. "ISR" is an Independent Sales Representative of company. The ISR is responsible for promoting the company's products and services. Director of Sales. The Director of Sales is responsible for the management and staffing of all Sales Assistants (SA), Senior Sales Assistants (SSA), AE| Inside Sales (AEIS), Senior AE| Inside Sales (SAEIS), Business Development Manager (BDM), and Sales Administrator (Sales Admin). The Lead Generation/Internal Sales department will be staffed as demand warrants. Lead generation/Internal Sales is of the upmost importance to assure growth and productivity of Account Executives (AE), AE| Inside Sales (AEIS), and the independent sales representatives (ISR). "Sales Admin" is an employee of company, which sole purpose is to help the 'Director of Sales' drive sales for Evolv. "BDM" Business Development Manager is an experienced AE who is an expert in all facets of Processing and Digital Sales. The BDM is a Sales position similar to an AE but puts focus on training/spinning up new AE's to be successful in a specific vertical. The BDM is responsible for interviewing, training, mentoring, and ensuring the success of the new AEs under them. "Qualified Appointment" is an appointment set by the SA/SSA where the Appointment appears "kept" by merchant and considers the opportunity of signing a merchant agreement with company. "Transferred Call" shall mean a call that is transferred to an ISA for the purpose of generating interest in Merchant to sign Merchant Agreement. Approved "Merchant Agreements" are merchants who have had an SA/SSA set an appointment on their behalf and the merchant has contracted with evolv to become a merchant. Approved "Product Approvals" are merchants who have had an SA set an appointment on their behalf and the merchant has contracted with evolv on an ancillary product with a monthly hosting associated.
Position Expectations:

Inside Saless:
(AEIS) The AEIS is a full-time hourly non-exempt in office position working 40 hours per week from 8:00 am CST to 5:00 pm CST (remote work is not allowed or available for this position) Prospect and contractually execute agreements with merchants soliciting EVOLV products including but not limited Visa/MC/Discover and American Express Processing Gift & Loyalty Programs GovCard/Prime Legal/Jasper Websites/Woodsmen Digital Marketing VIV Search VIV Website Design and Hosting VIV Social Media Management Work with Agents Banks, Associations and Member groups to promote gateway sales The AEIS will communicate directly with any and all AE, ISR and ISG that he/she is assigned to set appointments on behalf of. Achieve at least a "Meets" production level as outlined in production addendum Present yourself in a professional and ethical manner to new and existing merchants Dress in appropriate business attire consisting of a minimum of business casual Daily communication with Management on sales and prospective statuses Attend meetings as requested by Management Add and update prospects in the CRM for all partners to view in a timely manner Follow-up on and report back the status of each, and every lead referred to AEIS Continued education on industry procedures and services, sales techniques, etc. Inform management of any and all merchant and business trends witnessed Attend trade shows and association shows as required Attend all sales related meetings or conferences as directed by Management. AEIS is expected (for the time being) to sit in on ALL GovCard trainings/installs to ensure the Municipal or Housing Authority gets up and processing and to insure they don't have any additional questions on the platform. All daily activities will be monitored and verified using Zoom Phone, HubSpot, and MAC Failure to meet minimum activity and/or production requirements may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination.
AEIS Partner Expectations:
Meet production goals mutually set by Referral Partner & EVOLV Attend and Participate in all EVOLV training activities for referral partners Active involvement in Referral Partner Marketing activities to ensure retention and promote portfolio growth Refrain from using a personal cell phone for work related activities unless connected to or integrated into CRM for reporting purposes

2.5 hours on the phone during an 8-hour workday At least 100 call activities per day: including but not limited to prospecting, meetings, and follow- up phone calls Senior AE|
Inside Sales:
(SAEIS) In order to be eligible for promotion to a Senior AE| Inside Sales (SAEIS) a AE| Inside Sales (AEIS) must meet the criteria listed above for AEIS Expectations, the AEIS must also exhibit overall leadership skills and meet the following SAEIS Expectations. Criteria to be met to become eligible for promotion: AEIS must be with EVOLV for a minimum of 3 years. AEIS must have a positive attitude. AEIS must have a timely and acceptable attendance record, having not exhausted more hours than PTO / Vacation accrued. AEIS must be a team player while exhibiting leadership skills. AEIS must give 100% effort; this means stepping out of comfort zone and filling each day with production that will maximize one's commissions and EVOLV wins. AEIS must show initiative on a daily basis to learn and evolve with company and industry changes. AEIS must strive to meet goals set by management. AEIS must be willing to travel to attend conferences if asked by 'Director of Sales.' AEIS must portray a positive/professional manner while attending conferences, trade shows or other forums whereas AEIS is representing
