As aa Agency Sales Leader, you'll have the freedom to make strategic decisions, recruit and develop a team, and establish long-term relationships with clients and partners. A strong presence in Northern Illinois will be essential, as youll be representing District 23 throughout the area. Salary Range:

Home Flexible Schedule Retirement Plan Life Insurance Requirements Experience:
Proven track record in the insurance industry, particularly in a managing general agent role.
Leadership Skills:
Strong leadership abilities with experience in building and managing a successful team.
Communication:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster relationships with clients and team members.
Problem-Solving:
Demonstrated ability to develop strategies and execute plans to achieve business objectives.
Analytical Skills:
Proficient in analyzing financial data and market trends to make informed decisions.
Motivation:
High level of self-motivation and ambition to drive the agency's growth and success.
Customer Focus:
Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining client satisfaction.
Responsibilities Client Acquisition:
Proactively identify and recruit new agents to expand the agency's network.
Business Development:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve agency goals.
Training and Support:
Provide ongoing training and support to agents to enhance their performance and productivity.
Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, carriers, and team members.
Compliance Oversight:
Ensure all agency practices comply with state and federal regulations.
Performance Monitoring:
Regularly assess and review the performance of agents and the agency overall to drive improvements and growth.
Market Analysis:
