Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Americas Sales Leader to join our organization in a remote capacity, focusing on the northeastern region. This leadership role is pivotal in driving business growth, expanding market presence, and fostering strong client relationships across North and South America. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in managing high-performing sales teams, executing B2B sales strategies, and leveraging technology to optimize sales processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead with innovation, influence market development, and contribute to the overall success of our global sales initiatives. Duties Lead and develop a high-performing sales team focused on outside sales efforts within the northeastern region and broader Americas markets. Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives, emphasizing customer acquisition and retention. Manage key accounts through effective account management practices, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Drive business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities, cultivating relationships with prospective clients, and expanding existing accounts. Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, analyze pipeline performance, and forecast revenue accurately. Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that support lead generation and brand awareness. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms while maintaining profitability. Provide leadership in technical sales scenarios by understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions involving relevant technology products or services. Conduct market analysis to stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. Foster a culture of excellence through coaching, mentoring, and motivating team members to achieve their full potential. Qualifications Demonstrated success in outside sales , B2B sales, and management within technology or related sectors. Must sell to the Life Sciences industry. Proven experience leading sales teams remotely across diverse geographic regions. Strong background in business development, account management, and customer service excellence. Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines and customer data. Excellent negotiation skills complemented by strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Solid understanding of marketing principles as they relate to sales enablement. Analytical skills to interpret sales data, market insights, and performance metrics for informed decision-making. Leadership qualities that inspire collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Effective communication skills tailored for diverse audiences across multiple channels. $150,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
