We specialize in premium IT support, Wi-Fi and network optimization, cybersecurity, smart home/business systems, and private client support. We're looking for an Appointment Setter & Sales Coordinator to help follow up with leads, communicate with clients, and book appointments for high-value technology projects. This role is for someone who is confident, organized, and comfortable guiding conversations toward the next step without being pushy.
Responsibilities:
  • Follow up with new leads, missed calls, and past clients
  • Call, text, and email potential clients in a professional way
  • Help qualify clients and understand what they need
  • Book appointments for IT support, Wi-Fi, cybersecurity, and smart solutions projects
  • Assist with light outreach to local businesses
  • Keep notes organized and track follow-ups
  • Help maintain a strong client experience from first contact to booked appointment
Ideal Candidate:
  • Has some sales, appointment setting, customer service, or phone experience
  • Communicates clearly and confidently
  • Comfortable talking with homeowners, business owners, and professionals
  • Organized, reliable, and responsive
  • Able to follow a script while still sounding natural
  • Interested in technology, IT support, cybersecurity, or smart home solutions
  • Not pushy, but confident enough to help clients make a decision
Compensation:
  • $18•22 per hour, depending on experience•Performance bonuses for booked appointments and closed deals•Part-time to start, with room to grow
Schedule:
  • 15-25 hours per week
  • Flexible schedule
  • Remote/work-from-home with occasional local coordination as needed This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow with a premium technology company and play a direct role in helping the business expand.
