Reaching out to existing customers and hot leads across Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Ohio to schedule qualified sales appointments for our local retail store teams. Key Responsibilities High-Volume Outreach:
Make 100-150 outbound calls daily to targeted customer segments across the PA, WV, and OH markets. Set the Stage for

Engage customers professionally, uncover potential technology needs, and successfully schedule in-store appointments for our retail sales teams.
Utilize Verizon Systems:
Navigate specialized proprietary Verizon databases and CRM tools to track customer interactions, update account records, and manage appointment calendars seamlessly.
Pipeline Management:
Efficiently manage call lists, follow up with warm leads, and meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting quotas.
Team Collaboration:
Coordinate directly with store managers and sales reps across multiple states to ensure smooth customer hand-offs.
Qualifications & Skills The Hustle:
Proven experience in a high-volume call environment (telemarketing, inside sales, collections, or customer acquisition) making 100+ dials a day.
The Tone:
A confident, engaging, and persuasive phone presence. You know how to build quick rapport and overcome objections without missing a beat.
Tech Literacy:
Ability to quickly master complex internal software and database systems (experience with Verizon retail systems or Salesforce/HubSpot is a major plus).
