Artistic Tile is seeking an Architectural Sales Representative to join our Shrewsbury, New Jersey team. This hybrid role combines showroom-based design consultation and sales with outside sales responsibilities, offering the opportunity to cultivate relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and homeowners throughout the market. As a brand ambassador for Artistic Tile, you will showcase our luxury tile and stone collections, identify new business opportunities, and provide exceptional service throughout the customer journey. Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development Develop and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and homeowners through in-person visits, networking, phone calls, email, and virtual meetings Prospect and generate new business opportunities within the assigned territory Conduct outside sales calls and presentations to introduce Artistic Tile's products, services, and capabilities Maintain regular contact with existing clients to strengthen relationships and identify new project opportunities Achieve sales goals through a combination of showroom consultations and field-based business development activities Showroom Sales & Client Experience Serve as a trusted design resource for clients visiting the showroom Schedule and manage design and sales appointments, providing product expertise, design inspiration, and customized solutions Develop a strong knowledge of Artistic Tile's product collections, custom offerings, and fabrication capabilities Guide clients through product selections while delivering a luxury customer experience Support and participate in showroom events, educational programs, and client-facing initiatives Sales Administration Manage all aspects of the sales cycle, including project development, quoting, order processing, and coordination of logistical requirements Maintain accurate client records, activity notes, and sales opportunities within the CRM system Prepare sales forecasts, call reports, pipeline updates, and other reports as requested by management Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications 3+ years of sales experience; luxury products, design industry, building materials, or architectural sales experience preferred Passion for design, architecture, luxury interiors, and client service Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a sales territory Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills Creative mindset with the ability to translate client vision into product solutions Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Ability to thrive in both a showroom environment and an outside sales role Flexibility to accommodate business needs, including occasional evenings and weekends Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation Ability to lift and maneuver up to 30 pounds Preferred Experience Office 365 NetSuite CRM platforms Experience working with architects, interior designers, builders, or contractors Why Artistic Tile?
